A login to our website with your own account, to allow you to view and edit the information gathered for each and every client, search by vehicle registration across clients, download / print consolidated information and look at a history of transactions.

Your own email at motordatasolutions.co.uk, which you or your clients can send details to.

Declaration spreadsheets designed and customised to your specification

Notification of errors, warnings and issues (other than those to do with claims or adjustment queries) to you.

Product Description

A multi-function system, available for brokers with a minimum of 100 customers. This enables you to set up clients in many different ways and benefits from extra facilities. Please contact us to discuss how we can tailor this to your individual requirements.
Data entry (small clients only). We can, if you wish, accept the information from you or your client in writing - we then do the data entry on your behalf.

Unattended links to other databases. Our approach is to accept data in almost any format - we have links to many suppliers of vehicle management and self drive hire systems, and can even accept data from these systems totally automatically, without requiring you or your clients to intervene.

Larger clients - Our approach works well for multi-site, multi-depot companies, such as larger motor traders, haulage/courier operators and similar. We can set your clients up with access to their various branches and consolidate the information for them and for you across all their outlets.

This product allows Brokers to take in data from clients provided on paper or by telephone, and for MDS to undertake the data entry on behalf of the broker, with the customer relationship retained by the Broker. In all cases, MDS will act as an agent of the broker
