This applies only to Policyholders of Eagle Star Ireland, and then only to those policyholders with vehicle fleets where some or all of the vehicles are UK registered (GB and NI). This only applies to vehicles which are "on road" - i.e. covered by the Insurance (3rd party or comprehensive) and taxed. It does not include unregistered plant, nor vehicles with registrations in the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere. Separate regulations apply to these vehicles. Please let us know the registration number of all UK vehicles, the date they were added to the policy, or the date they were purchased, and the date they are removed from the policy or disposed of. You can fax us using the form supplied (simply print this out and fax it to us), you can email us at eaglestar@motordatasolutions.co.uk, or you can phone us on 0870 12 13 408. Please note that we cannot provide an audit trail for phone calls - we much prefer to have email or fax. You must submit your first set of data as soon as you receive notification from your insurer (Eagle Star Ireland) - i.e. during August 2004. Then you should update your information either every two weeks, or as soon as a vehicle change is made, whichever is the sooner.
