MIDAS will be unavailable from 17:00 on Wednesday 24th January due to scheduled maintenance. The maintenance will take approximately 1 hour.
MDS will be operating limited hours over the Christmas / New Year period.
We are open as normal until the Thursday 21st December, which will be the last day when policy updates and most vehicle updates for the MID will be accepted and processed prior to Christmas.
All updates received for MID2 up to 01:00 on the 22nd December, and all updates received for MID1 up to 05:00 on the 22nd December will be processed on the 22nd. After that point, no data will be processed on to the MID until Wednesday 27th December.
Our offices are then closed from midday on 22nd December until 9 am on the 27th December. For the 27th, 28th and 29th December we will offer a full support service, although turnaround may be a little slower than usual owing to the end of year requirements.
Over New Year, we will close at 17:00 on Friday 29th, and re-open at 09:00 on Tuesday 2nd Jan.
All updates received for MID2 up to 01:00 on the 29th December, and all updates received for MID1 up to 05:00 on the 29th December will be processed on the 29th. After that point, no data will be processed on to the MID until Tuesday 2nd January.
Request for timely notification for Fleet Policies
Please could all our clients ensure that they send their requests for renewals, extensions or other changes on the MID in good time to allow us to implement those within the working hours above.
If we do not receive notifications to renew policies before the day when policies need to be renewed and there may be a risk of vehicles being uninsured, then MDS may renew these to ensure the drivers are not inconvenienced over the holiday period.

Please note that if you are a MIDAS user the website will be unavailable on Wednesday 14th June 2017 from 9.30am until 12.30pm.
