Due to the current Covid 19 crisis in the UK we have decided to postpone the planned infrastructure upgrades until business life is back to normal.
In March we will be performing significant upgrades to the servers and infrastructure that run our systems. In order to do this we will have two periods of down time on consecutive weekends in March. While the systems are down customers will be unable to send data to us and we will be unable to send records to the MID.
On Saturday 21st March the first phase of our upgrade process will commence. All systems will be unavailable on that day, both for receiving data and for sending to the MID.
From Friday 27th March at 6pm the second phase of our upgrade process will commence. From this point until the process is completed on Saturday 28th March all systems will be down. We anticipate all systems being back online by the evening of Saturday 28th March.
