Infrastructure Upgrade (updated)

Due to the current Covid 19 crisis in the UK we have decided to postpone the planned infrastructure upgrades until business life is back to normal.

In March we will be performing significant upgrades to the servers and infrastructure that run our systems. In order to do this we will have two periods of down time on consecutive weekends in March. While the systems are down customers will be unable to send data to us and we will be unable to send records to the MID.

On Saturday 21st March the first phase of our upgrade process will commence. All systems will be unavailable on that day, both for receiving data and for sending to the MID.

From Friday 27th March at 6pm the second phase of our upgrade process will commence. From this point until the process is completed on Saturday 28th March all systems will be down. We anticipate all systems being back online by the evening of Saturday 28th March.

If you require any further information please do not hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

    • Yes, nothing will change with regard to vehicles on the MID, we are just moving our systems onto new hardware. If you have further questions please do get in touch with our enquiries department.

  1. Do you have any plans to develop an app to allow updates or anything links to the dvla so that when you enter the VRM all details are pulled automatically?

    • Hi Tariq, we have various options available with regard to checking data with DVLA, but this is an additional cost as DVLA lookups are chargeable. If you have any questions please do give us a call.
