		This provides for unlimited user access to the MIDAS website by Policyholders, their Brokers and other associated organisations, such as claims handlers During set-up, MDS manage all client contact, provide on site support and visits as required, host meetings and presentations, provide all documentation and unlimited 1st line helpdesk support Ongoing, MDS manage the vehicle details arriving, and ensure these are monitored for correctness. Policy records are set-up as required on the MID. As new policyholders join, and previous ones leave, MDS manages the transition from an MID point of view
